Trevor Durling presides as only the fifth winemaker in the winery’s 121-year history to make BV Georges de Latour Private Reserve, following revered winemaker Jeffrey Stambor. After studying Viticulture and Enology at the University of California, Davis, Trevor crafted wines at a number of high-end producers, including Provenance Vineyards in Rutherford where he worked alongside esteemed Napa Valley winemakers Tom Rinaldi and Chris Cooney.   Trevor was ultimately appointed lead winemaker at Provenance Vineyards, where he crafted highly regarded wines before joining Beaulieu Vineyard in early 2017. Respectful of and humbled by Beaulieu Vineyard’s storied history, today Trevor leads the winemaking team keenly aware of his role in helping to shape the winery’s future.
